The title pretty much explains everything here. What if your best friend on Vizzed got a ban that lasted forever? How would you react, what would you do, etc. If my friend on Vizzed got banned, I would probably say, "Aw, man. He was a good friend to have on Vizzed. It's sad that he has to lose his account." Then I would probably move on. I mean, this is a website on the internet. It's not like he/she got killed. So to the question; what if your best friend on Vizzed got banned?

Well, I would think "At least I still have him / her on Skype!"

Yeah.. I have some friends on Skype actually. I do not really care or mind, and thing1 wasn't really much of my friend, but the perma-banned actually. :/

Nothing, really. Say, "Bummer, he was cool,", play a short funeral song, and move on. It's not like some guy on the internet getting deleted is going to affect me in any way.

This unfournately already happended to me. Marcus047 was one of my best pals on here, he ended up getting perma'd. I felt upset about it, but eh I got over it later on.

Well, this never really happened to me before though some of my friends did leave vizzed. But I don't really react that much. I usually say, "Darn, he was one of my good pals on vizzed, oh well." And then I just move on with my other friends.

Well if I had a fellow friend on vizzed get permanently banned that would be a real bummer. I have a seemingly descent amount of friends so I'd move on after a few days.

I would probably get very upset but then I would move on shortly afterwards.

Well by banned forever I assume you mean permanently banned from the board, well apparently if I'm not mistaken a IP address ban is placed on a user when they are perma banned it'll banned from a web site. So if this happened to my friend I would plead with the sites admins and web master to let my friend back on site and if that fails I would recommend my friend to either mask or charge his IP address so that the friend can come back because I would miss them and it just wouldn't be the same without them.

Well, This depends on what you mean by best friend, I'm assuming you mean on the site itself but you could also mean my actual best friend who just so happens to have introduced me to the site itself. So assuming it's my friend on the site I would have no choice but to move on, Wouldn't be the first close friend to have left the board, Just in this case it's because he or she was banned and didn't leave of free will.

Or if you mean my best friend well, He showed me the site and played with me for a while and kind of left the board and RGR altogether, If he was banned I doubt either of us would care too much about it, We still get to talk to each other from time to time and all so it wouldn't be the end of the world.

Well, I would be really really sad... Almost to the point of crying.

I would probably say how good of a friend he was and I would probably be upset and sad that they got banned. I would also probably be inactive or I might make a thread dedicated to them and how great of a friend they were to me. I would be sad but eventually I would get over it and come back to vizzed. I would have to know what they did was really bad and it was worthy of being permanently banned. So I would be sad, but I would get over it eventually. I would not like any of my vizzed friends to be banned or ask to be banned, it makes me upset when they do that.

I would just move on I already lost two or three ok friends because they were misbehaving in some way.

It has happened with me many times, with jmc1097 and JazzCoon, they were really big friends of mine, and I talk with them on Facebook and in other places.

With thing1, he was a good friend who thought the other way of logic, and I haven't spoken with him since he got banned.

Lots of people get banned, even people who you're close with, but it obviously happened for a reason, and you should always make outside contact with friends that you notice are going down the wrong path, or even try and tell them what they're doing is wrong and coaxing them out of it.

I have a fair amount I could say from experience on this topic, unfortunately. I've been there on various sites in one way or another, so I can tell you exactly what I'd do: I'd be pretty down over it for a few days, because when I call someone my friend, it means I'm really close to them. Sadly, things that have happened can't be undone, so I'd eventually move past the sad phase and just remember the good times that friend and I shared. You can miss someone without staying depressed over losing them. And people obviously don't get permabanned on here without a very good reason, so it isn't likely to catch you off guard. I'd have to second alexanyways on this one, and say that you should establish an outside connection with them if possible, and try to talk to them and get them to stop pressing their luck.

So without going into great depth, that would be the basics of my reaction.

Well, I would be upset and it could be a possibility that I decide to contact the staff. 

If my best friend on Viz got banned for life than I would definitely lose the netplay tournament 

You know, that would really suck. I mean, he could always make a new account or something, but still. I would have to wonder if he was really a good friend to have if he got banned off of this site. The rules are pretty simple to follow once you understand them, so it wouldn't be extremely hard or nothing.
