There was this place where I would always find a Snorlax in Pokemon Fire Red, I think, but I could never actually catch it. It kept killing itself off. It made me so mad I just gave up.

There was't necessarily a particular Pokémon I couldn't catch but before I came to this sight I never saw a Shiny Pokémon (Besides the red gyrados in normal game play) in the wild. I know they're rare but in hundreds of hours of game play I never saw a single one.

Yeah this happens to me all of the time whenever I play a Pokémon game or even a hacked one, it seems nearly impossible to catch them, especially legendary pokemon. Even if they have a status or I put them to sleep it still seems hard to catch them.


One time in particular I was trying to get a regirock and I just could not catch it and it always broke out and I didn't feel like using my masterball on it. It was the same with registeel, I saved the state right before I fought it and it must've used roar like 20 times and I could not catch it at all and I gave up trying. So yeah I know how you feel, this happens to me all the time. I just wish I could've caught those to regi's to complete the collection because I caught regice no problem but it was as hard as can be to catch the other 2.

deathclaw : really? Magikarp? Unless you leveled up your Pokémon so high that you kept killing it with the first attack, there is no way that you could have never caught one of those. Unless you were looking for a shiny magikarp.

For some reason Kyurem really didn't like me in pokemon black because I remember probably to catch it for like 10 hours until I actually caught it with a premier ball.
