Charzard for sure, the OG of the Pokemon dragon's and if you play Pokemon stadium he is really annoying to beat when he uses his fire attack to make you not be able to attack.

Rayquaza, of course! Why not him? xD

Rayquaza is just amazing. This Pokemon is very powerful, and strong and is a legend. It can learn all sorts of wonderful moves.
Maybe a Dragon type Arceus will beat them all, probably.

RAQAZA omg this is so easy he is the most coolest ever. Raqaza is my favorite dragon pokemon, i love raqaza. I hope people start saying reqaza is there favorite.I would put charzard as my second favorite becuase he is powerful and cool. charzard is a strong pokemon. As my third I like dragonite he is powerful and cool he can beat a lot of pokemon. he can learn really good move.

In my opinion the best Dragon type in Pokemon is Dragonite. I think Dragonite is the best dragon type in Pokemon because it has really excellent stats when it has matured to higher levels and it has well diverse move sets that vary in different elemental types.

Unfortunately you'll find your question is rather vague as it can be understood in different ways, for example you could mean stat-wise or general opinion on the subject, perhaps specifying on your first post will help.

If you meant stat-wise then it would be a tie between black and white Kyurem, both of which have the highest stat total of all dragons with the exception of dragon Arceus when he holds the Draco plate. They do have draw-backs however, both depending on there high attack or special attack depending on which Kyurem you use. For those seeking a more balanced Dragon type with a high stat total then Giratina is a safe bet with balanced stats across the board. If your going for a non-legendary then it would probably be Garchomp, one of the most powerful non-legendary, at one point even breaking the game due to it's power.

This is really tough for me since my favorite type of pokemon to use are all dragons, but I will say that it is between garchomp, salamence and dragonite for me, they are all really powerful and they have great move sets, that is why pokemon dark rising is one of my favorite hacks because it has all 3 of them as starters. Even though it is tough to decide and it is really close, I think garchomp is my favorite and in my opinion the best dragon. If you're going by terms of power, I'd go for Giratina. Considering Ghost and Dragon are already OP by themselves, putting them together just equals one super OP Pokemon.

I would say Salamence. He looks the coolest, and isn't an overpowered legendary. His stats are all really good, and you can teach him really good moves as well. I don't really know why, but I like him better than Dragonite.

I'll have to go against the croud and say kingdra. He has like the most balanced stats I've ever seen. (not including legends btw, because they suck and are cheap) Water/Dragon is an epic type combination, only weak to it's own type, dragon. It can learn not that wide of a variation of moves, but it's power makes up for that. It's the 4th dragon to be introduced, and did a well job at that. You can make it either a special or physical attacker, or mixed. But I prefer special. The only downside I can find to kingdra is the way it evolves. Unless you have some friends to trade with, you'll probably never get one. Thus making him hard to obtain. But once you do, you'll be the happiest person alive.
