Alot of people say NES days were not good at all. This was true. Until, one day a game came along called Super Mario Bros.
I give this game a 4 in graphics because well, it's the NES. I rated 5 in sound for some of the good music in the game. Mostly the world 1-1 theme and all other levels with the same track. I gave this game 7 for addictiveness because I keep coming back. Actully, i might go play it again after I'm done with this review. Sadly, i gave the story a 4 because, 1) When you first start the game you just get blocks, a mushroom thing and a guy in red clothes . They don't tell you the story. 2) When you get the story, it;'s just stereotypical "Save the princess". I gave the depth a 5 because There is a total of 32 levels. THEN, there is an extra quest which is just doing the game over again but a lot harder. And finally, The difficulty is 5 because at first the game is simple. At around maybe 5-1 the game gets a little harder. Overall, I give this game an 8 because   it is a really good game.

Xzman : First let me start out by saying a few things.

Mario was a launch title for the NES in the US, so the NES and Mario pretty much go hand in hand. Most people, the first time they ever played an NES was by playing Super Mario brothers...so your fist sentence was a little off-base.

There were also many other great launch titles.

I know it's probably your first review, but you probably want to check your facts a little before writing a review.

Also, In the future, I would go into more depth as to what you liked or didn't like about the game. Really give the user a feeling that you played the game for more than 5 mins.

Good luck on future reviews.

I loved the Super Mario Bros. games, especially the third one, which is probably every one's favorite.  It was absolutely great that you were able to change into a raccoon-type creature and fly through the air.  There were more than enough levels and the music was great for a game that was made in the 80s-90s.   Another game that I liked for the NES was the first Zelda game.  It was an easy game to find if you're unorganized (like I am) because it was the only game I had that was gold-plated.  The next level always made you think more than the previous one.  When I played it for the very first time when I was younger, I didn't know what I was doing most of the time, but when I got older and played more games that were similar, I figured out what I had to do to actually beat the game. But my favorite game, not just for the NES but my favorite game EVER, is Tecmo Super Bowl.  If you like playing sports games (like me) than you would absolutely love this game!  At first I played the game Tecmo Bowl, which was fun, but it didn't have all the teams.  It didn't have fumbles or injuries, and every time you stepped in front of a receiver, you intercepted it (if it wasn't Jerry Rice that is).  Tecmo Super Bowl also had little cut scenes that were pretty cool, in my opinion.  I still have my NES and I still play this all the time.  And when my NES finally breaks down, I'll just play it on this website.

Xzman : I understand that you are just starting to write reviews. It's no biggie, I was just telling you that your first sentence is misleading. Trying to give you tips on how to become a better reviewer. I said nothing overly negative to you. Also I'm not sure why you would write something purposely misleading if you already knew what I wrote to you in response.

Keep in mind that when you post reviews online, it opens up the possibility that people will give you tips and advice on how to make it better.

Xzman : I have to agree with Jordan there, just pratice on looking at other people's reviews and get an idea on what their reviews are and come up with something in your own words, it might be hard, especially with your age, but give it a tiny bit more wording to the reviews
