I don't get one thing about the User rank and Level.
I've seen a few people with lower Levels than me. Around 29, and have the User Rank 'Pokemon'.
They've got the same Pokemon i have right now, and my level is a lot higher...
And sometimes some people with the same level as me, have a higher Pokemon rank...

How can i make my Pokemon Rank be higher?
I don't get one thing about the User rank and Level.

For example: A post containing only about 100 words will gain the poster less experience than a poster who posts 300 words. Thats why some people rapidly rise in post levels without having as many posts.

It all has to do with posts. Not level. And OtakunReview is incorrect. It is all post numbers. I think you might have misread the post count of the person you saw with an Alakazam. As you can see on the post count, it says post #/Overall. Maybe you were looking at the post number that that specific post was, but didn't see the overall number (that includes posts made after that post). But it had to have been a mistake. If you follow the chart tornadomudkip gave, you will know exactly when you will bump up to the next post rank.
