Okay So I've been playing on this website for almost 5 months (mainly Pokémon) and I've noticed there might be a way we could hook this game up to servers or run them off our wifi and see if they can connect to each other. It might not be able to happen since we're using emulators not the original systems  they were made for. So I just wanted people who might actually have knowledge of how to do this or experience.
Thanks I hope I get a lot of replies and help, so we could solve this and get the full experience of playing all this games.

Well I might have read this the wrong way but I'm pretty sure what you just said exactly fits in the description of netplay which is pretty much on vizzed already.

Just_A_Ginger : Netplay is already a feature available for a lot of the systems on Vizzed.com. The issue is that for now Gameboy and Gameboy advance are not among the systems supported. The main reason is because the developer is having a hard time getting this functionality working with the RGR plugin.

You can join any game already created by users though.
