It depends what you configured the buttons to just double click the screen to adjust your controls hope this solved your problem.

Maximumgeek5 : You are confused. Default control settings for the default GBA that the plugin uses is F12, but that is not used with the plugin in the same manner. So basically ignore that when configuring your controls.

That is for screen capture, but the rgr uses a different function. To take a screenshot with the plugin you press F6.
