Spider-Man for the N64
This game is definitely one of my childhood favorites, how could I not enjoy the bank heist or the escape from Monster Oct?
Besides the fact that the Play-Station 1 version had cut-scenes instead of comic book stills I would definitely play this any chance I get.
The ratings:

Besides the fact I wasn't so keen on the comic book stills for cut-scenes as a child, now as a teen I understand the artistic representation of the comic book era, although I could have been displayed a bit better I believe they are fine the way they are,
Moving on from the cut-scene comic stills, the in-game playing graphics have it own unique flavor as each character is perfectly designed from Black Cat to Daredevil to even Carnage. Although they had stiff faces that was to be expected from the N64.
Sound : 7/10
I would rate higher but some sounds feel like they could burst your eardrums *eww*... Besides that tad bit of irritation I found the background music to be enjoyable and kept the darker theme of the story present.
Addictiveness : 7/10
Definitely one of the must plays for Spider-Man fans, fanatics and enthusiasts as it was the first game in the line (followed up by a better free roaming Spider-Man two.) Although it has shown its age the attraction to play it is still there with each boss raring to go!
Story : 10/10
A fake Spidey? Stealing from a reformed Doctor Octavius? Some things not right? Follow through the story as you battle Rhino, Lizard man, Venom and even Scorpion and Mysterio to find out whose behind it all.. Just for it to be Doctor Octavius and his newly found partner Carnage who control the symbionite to cause mayhem and destruction. Each location attributes to the tone of the game such as the sky below you in the first stage being gassy or even later in the game inside the giant underwater, electric walled, turret guarded tunnel... and yes that is a mouthful...
Depth : 5/10
To be perfectly honest It's not the longest game in the world... far from it and it doesn't off any free-roaming experiences which is unfortunate as it is a good game after all.
Difficulty : 6/10
For most of the game playing through it is relatively easy spare the last few bosses and levels... especially the escape from Monster Oct level... and as a child that level isn't easy.... I remember having to try several times to get away fast enough.. And here is one plight I have with the RGR version of this game... the ROM is a bit glitchy so the escape from Monster Oct was literally impossible...
Overall : 8/10
In conclusion I recommend you get your lazy but up and give the game a go. If you don't like it fine... but you missing out!
The story is superb so I hope you enjoy it! Peace out!
