Okay, so for those of you out there who do crazy Ev training, maybe this will help, and for those of you who want to know good places to ev train for this game, this is for you guys too! Okay so we all know that you can have a max of 510 evs in any Pokémon stat, but no more than 252 in each one stat. So being said, here are some good places to train if you are looking for a place to balance out your pokemon's stats, or just to completely max out one particular stat! If you really want to get the best out of your training, it would be wise to right down the Pokémon you go against, and then check the amount of evs they give to make sure no evs are wasted in all your hard training!

HP
Caterpies all offer one hp ev each, and they are everywhere, and also on the sevault canyon on the 7th island, there is a female trainer who has a Chansey which gives 2 hp ev

Attack

For attack points in the mount moon basement paras are good to go against, since they give 1 each, and also on the canyon entrance on the 7th island the guy has a weepinbell which gives 2 attack, and it evolves into a victreebell and you can fight and earn 3 attack.

Defense
for defense kakuna, and metapod are good on the forest on the sixth island since they each offer 2 defense evs each, or their are geodudes, and gravelers in mount moon who give 1 and 2 defense evs each.

Speed
for speed, rattata and pidgey give 1 speed ev each, and they can basically be found everywhere since they are so common. But if you want more speed ev, you can go east route of the fushia and find trainers who have pidgey and pidgeotto who give 1-2 speed evs each. And their are also a lot of voltorbs in the power plant which give 1 speed ev each as well.

Special attack
If you go into the tower in lavender, you can find either gastly or haunter which give 1-2 special attack ev each, alternately if you go to the Canyon entrance again, you will find a female trainer who has a gloom which is worth 2 special attack ev, which evolves into a vileplume which then gives 3 special attack!

Special defense
If you go anywhere in the sea, you are bound to run into a tentacool which gives 1 special defense, or if you are lucky, you might find a tentacruel which alternately offers 2 special defense evs.

If anyone has any additional Pokémon that may contribute to each stat please comment! There are over 600 Pokémon out there, I only picked the best ones in this game, and also ones that are easy to find, that give a decent amount of ev points.

BluemageKyle :
is there already a thread about EV training in pokemon fire red?.. because its different from the pokemon section this is a ingame thread not forum based thread.
this goes about the game so razor's thread would be first unless there was someone who already made such thread for this game.
that's what i think about it..

CatsNRats : Glad you found this to be useful. I try to make my walkthroughs as detailed and descriptive as possible. Glad that you checked the threads instead of the internet. I tried to make it easy to understand but short sweet and to the point. But nevertheless I am glad you found it useful. Thanks for the positive replies! That is what inspires me to keep making walkthroughs because people find them useful!

wiiuman : couldn't agree with you more sir XD this is the best game!

tgags123 : yeah your right this was a long time ago as you can see when I first started out on vizzed. This was my 31st post which was now 2,641 posts ago. So yeah it has been a while. In fact, come to think of it, it has been a few months since I wrote a walkthrough. I should get back to it! Anyway thanks for the rating and positive commentary. Glad you appreciate my work! I always appreciate it greatly!
