Pokémon Emerald is the 3rd installment of the Pokémon franchise for the Game Boy Advanced handheld system/platform. It is the 10th game in the entire Pokémon  franchise(10th game for Japan, 9th Pokémon game for America). This game takes place in the new Hoenn region, with all new generation 3 Pokémon in it. This game has tons of tough challenges that pushes your abilities as a Pokémon trainer to your limits, and have you practically  have to have Pokémon's levels  in the higher 60's, low 50's to fully enjoy this game. It has brand new and quite frankly a lot of legendary Pokémon in it( there's 8 legendary Pokémon), which is a lot judging from it's previous games in the franchise. It has all new features you can do after the elite 4, like take on the ultimate test for trainers, the Battle Frontier! Welcome all to The Game Boy Advances, if not the best game, then one of the best games that sold/came out for the Game Boy Advanced Platform Pokémon Emerald Version.

Graphics: Well to put it simply the games graphics were the best for its time. The trainers are fully detailed, the landscape and areas have amazing high quality color resolution, The water/sea has by far the greatest graphics/programming put into them, you can see reflections of people and the sky(clouds). The rain and the dry droughts(weather effects) were a nice touch/addition to the game, it made it feel 100 times more realistic. Also the cut scene when Rayquaza comes down from the sky and stops the epic battle between Kyogore and Groundon, had the most descriptive details and design. So for the graphics I gave the game a 10 out of 10.

Sound: the sound track for this game is the same as Pokémon Sapphire and Ruby, I doesn't noticeably change till you get to the Battle Frontier part in the game. The Pokémon battle cries are way more clearer and easier to tell them apart, and the regular town to town music isn't bad, I kinda enjoyed it time to time, so for sound I gave this game a 10 out of 10.

Addictiveness: I have played this game countless times over and over again because of it's story, and difficulty. Raising Pokémon and training them was a lot more challenging then what you would think from a Pokémon game which ended up having me stay up hours after hours just for training and preparing to take on challenges, so for addictiveness I gave this game a 10 out of 10.

Story: the story goes like this, You have just started your Pokémon journey off by helping a defenseless Pokémon professor fend off a wild Pokémon, so he gives you the Pokémon you defended him with  as a reward for helping him out. Not soon after that you discover he has a daughter named May or a boy named Brandon who has also just started his/her Pokémon journey.Little do you know, two new Pokémon crime syndicate's lurk in the shadow's and have emerged and are on the rise in the Hoenn region and are trying to reawaken and abuse the earth shattering power of the 2 elemental legendary Pokémon , to recreate/shape the Pokémon world in there own twisted and demented image and only you have the skills to stop them. So for the story I gave the game a 10 out of 10.

Depth: well I honestly don't even know where to start, this game is huge and quite lengthy. It has a all new add on feature for you to do after the elite four called battle Frontier where you earn silver symbols, and with all the legendary Pokémon in this game, between beating the frontier and catching the legendary Pokémon   this game takes a while to beat, an estimated time to beat in my opinion would be 4-5 weeks, one month without screen slot save and speed button. So for depth I gave this game a 10 out of 10.

Difficulty: Fist off the elite four is unlike any thing that came from previous games in the franchise, with Pokémon Hoenn league champion Wallace at its head, its very difficult. The Battle Frontier is a island in the game where it has 7 battle facility's which specializes in certain Pokémon battling tactics. It provides gamers with a very extremely hard challenge, between the A.I. System which virtually sets you up for failure, plus you have to beat trainers straight in a row multiple/consecutive times in order for the Battle frontier Brains(which are leaders in the 7 different battle facility's) to come out so you can battle them for the silver symbols. The A.I. Has had a striking difficulty upgrade in this so be forewarned its no cake walk/easy challenge. So for difficulty I gave a 8 out of 10 because although the A.I was updated it still makes easy mistakes which you can overcome with type advantage.

Overall: Overall I gave this game a 9.8 out of 10, because it was good, the story is well thought out , and it has decent dialog in it. My only complaints about it is I think you should be able to enter the safari zone with out the pokeblock case, and I feel as tho the rival could have been more of a challenge. I recommend this game to anyone who want's a well thought out plot/story to play through and beat, and also anyone who's wants to play a Pokémon game with a real challenge that actually takes time and effort to beat.

First off you should put more space in between each category. It's really hard for me to read it.
Other than that it looks really good. Keep it up

Very nice! Excellent review to say the least. I was blown away at the huge amount of improvement, even over the last review you made. Keep it. And as dragon111 said, almost a thousand words. Pretty sweet.
