So I have a game that I use on the regular emulator. But I might want to record some stuff, so I have to go to the mednafen emulator. But the data from the other emulator is lost. Is there some way that I can move my data to the other emulator? Because I'm not starting the whole game over again.

mrfe : I just tried it in Pokemon Emerald 386, but it said that there was an error loading the data. So I tried saving it again in the other emulator, but it didn't help.

I imagine you would have to use the same version of emulator that Vizzed uses in order to get it to transfer over. I doubt the one Vizzed uses is the same as the one you have.

geeogree : No, I use the Vizzed emulators only. But there's the emulator that you have once you turn on the game automatically, and then you can change to the mednafen emulator in the top left corner. If you check something that supports mednafen, like a GBA game, you will see it. I only use Vizzed for these things.

Mednafen is SUPPOSED to be able to load VisualBoy Advance save files (not the save states, but the hard cart saves) but for some reason, the way the versions on Vizzed are set up, it seems the files are incompatible with one another. When testing downloaded versions of these emulators outside of Vizzed, I was able to transition from one to the other on the same cart save.

patar4097 : Yeah the way the two emulators are set up, Mednafen doesn't recognize save files you made in VBA even though the actual emulator does support it outside of the plugin.

You could try changing the file extension and moving the file over but I'm not really sure if it will work.
