When you're like me, you learn to keep your emotions out of almost every single part of your life...

When I do become upset though, I resort to being absolutely alone... playing video games and stuffing my face.

XD But no seriously, I don't get upset easily... so I've learned to just ignore my emotions, and most of them I cut out like they never existed.

redskiller76 : Well, I have my own way of dealing with depression. I'm depressed a lot of the time. I think it's clinical. I still struggle with it sometimes. But what I do is, I think long and hard, and try to find something that I really want, or want to do, you know, something to look forward to. And that helps me a lot of the time, though I admit, I am only a frail human being, and grow impatient sometimes. Right now, I know exactly what I want, and that gives me something to work towards.

But, I think a bad diet, not enough sleep, and spinal problems (caused by a bad mattress, maybe an injury of some sort, etc.) can also cause depression, so if you have any of those problems, maybe if you work those out, you might work your depression out too.

Well... that's not all I do... I listen to angry music too... for me, it releases frustration, but everyone's different, so it might depress you further.

I've been clinically diagnosed with depression, and let's just say "some other stuff". Not that it matters or anybody cares anyways.

The things I've been going through, led me to don't deal with it so well, but lately, I'm working to improve on that matter. Nowadays, I've been trying to occupy my mind with things I enjoy, so pessimistic and obsessive thoughts won't get the hang of me. Sometimes it's hard, but I've been trying. I also take medications to help, which I'm fine with, and also seems to have been making a lot of difference, even though the Placebo Effect is still a possibility (I don't care though, as long as it's working).
