From the Mario series, maybe some enemy, like a bro enemy with all abilities of the hammer, boomerang, and fire bro. Or maybe the chargin' chuck. From the LoZ series,  Ghirahim or Demise. From Sonic the Hedgehog, Knuckles. From Pokemon, maybe Zoroark of Bisharp, and maybe also the return of Mewtwo. Of course, SSB4 may come out next year, after the new Pokemon X and Y games do, so maybe they will be represented in SSB4 as well.

Honestly... none of the characters that where already in the previous ones... I mean if you were to add Mew-two... IT HAS THE SAME MOVE SET AS Lucario..

Although Dr. Mario could come back as a Re skin for Mario... And don't say that's not possible.
