Anyway, I've got somebody that I know everyone won't exactly agree with, but I think he's pretty cool for his age.

Mother3fan5 : definitely goes on my list for people I think need a bit more respect. He's a pretty great guy, friendly to pretty much everyone, etc., and usually doesn't make the average crappy post you see on the board. You're pretty cool, brah. Stick around.

This is my honest reaction....  so moan and whinge about it all you want... 

At first I was just like well he likes them due to the fact they all believe in the same Religion...  It's not precisely a unnatural occurrence to like the people who have the same beliefs as you.. In fact similarities like this tend to make us decide who is a friend and who is not... 

Anyways it's pointless to judge people on beliefs anyways... It's their life they can do as they please with it,

Personally I have seen all 3 of the members on the board... I haven't really talked to Jasonkelli or metroidhunter72. 

I have however talked to mrfe and we seemed to get on in chat..... 

Leggy did have a good point though.. You can say as much positive stuff about a user as possible but if they don't interact with more than 5 people on a site with as many registered users as Vizzed has.. They won't get noticed..... it's just basic maths essentially

Plus have you ever thought that perhaps the people mentioned don't want more attention? 

Galacta : Ah, Thanks. I'm probably the only youngin' that actually tries to use correct spelling/ grammar. Everyone in game chat usually mistakes me for a 13 - 16 year old......

She is a pretty good person to talk to. She never seems to get much company, and she's currently sick, so she needs a friend.

For contributing soooo much to this place, he never seems to get any company. I haven't seen any recent comments on his profile.

Here are the people I think should get more respect:
thing1 : I honestly don't know why he has so few TP's, he has been nice to me and I haven't seen him being mean anywhere. I really think he should be trusted, he seems to be a really nice guy! He gets my vote!
Frodlex : Another nice one. While he's trusted, he's not very well known. I think he should get a bit more attention.
DwarvenKnuckleBuster : A great friend and brother-in-Christ. I think he should be getting more attention, though he hasn't been active recently.
earthwarrior : I think many people here notice him, but he doesn't get much attention. He's a nice guy, and I think should be well known and respected.

I don't know if jasonkelli needs any more attention... I think he gets enough of it in the Christian Conservatives and Debate forums. As for respect, maybe he does, maybe he doesn't. I for one cannot respect someone so ignorant as to go into a debate with a singleminded determination to sway everyone else without ever once listening to anothers' argument. But that's just me.

The other two I haven't seen around too much, but they don't seem to be causing trouble, so perhaps they do. It's like Leggy said, though, if you are respectful, you will be respected, if you're rotten, people will treat you accordingly. This is a fantasticly nice community, and if you think people have a poor opinion of you, maybe you should look at your attitude.

I appreciate it. I think since I was gone for awhile with my mom's health issues that people had kinda forgotten about me ;-)

Hmm... I respect everyone's opinions about others, and this thread probably started with good intentions in mind, but threads like this are like double - edged swords in a lot of ways...

Juliet:  I agree with you.  I don't understand why certain people can't keep their insults and negative thoughts to themselves.  I mean, nobody has to respect the same people I do, but that doesn't mean they need to insult them.  I guess it's just asking too much for people to mention people THEY respect, instead of dissing on people they DON'T respect.

As for me, I choose to remain positive, and not point out the posts I disagree with here in this thread (if there are any in existence... I haven't seen any yet).  After all, this IS about our own opinions.

BluemageKyle : The reason I don't post a lot is because I don't feel like I need to post a lot, I would rather be in the chat room or in the RGR. The board is a great place, but I think it gets boring after posting in it all day. Just my opinion. That being said, I don't really deserve the attention, maybe if I was more active then it might be different. But some people deserve it more than me.

You're allowed to like whoever you want. You don't need to have friends and be like, HEY THIS IS A SHOUTOUT, THIS IS WHY I LIKE YOU. Really? That's spammy, and unimportant. Also there's been threads like this before, about your favorite members and what have you.

Making a thread saying, hey, I think these guys should get more respect because I like them is really stupid. I appreciate that you like them, but my opinions and anyone else's on them isn't important. It also just made a lot of comments saying "Durrr i dunno wh dey are lol i liek dat u liek them tho".

I have more good friends here than I care to list and I think all of them deserve my respect, so they have it. However, that's irrelevant to... pretty much anything ever. You don't have to feel obligated to share your friends. We all can make our own.

Next time, if you're feeling super supportive and proud of your friends, you can go ahead send them a PM and toot their horn to your heart's content!

I'm going to close this now. I hope this doesn't put a damper on too many of your guys' warm and fuzzies.
