Today I was browsing Youtube as I usually do. Then I saw something on Adventure Time! After watching the video it said that a lot of the adult watchers of the show watch it due to nostalgia. So to get to my question. So how many pf you watch it due to nostalgia. or other. If you haven't would you try to watch it.

I watch it because I really enjoy it. I don't really get nostalgia from it, however, I love the characters, dialogue, setting, style, and all that. It's hard to put into words the quality that made me really love that show though. I'll post when I am better able to communicate it.

I'm not sure where they get nostalgia from it. I too love that show, and I watch it all the time. I even got my mother watching it, which is pretty remarkable considering she usually hates my weird cartoon shows'. But like I said, I'm not sure where nostalgia would come into it-maybe they're talking about the drawing style?

Yeah the show really gives me no nostalgia factor. It has some of the better writing and it just interest me more than any of the other shows they decide to air. If I wanted nostalgia I'd watch Hey Arnold, Scooby Doo, Pokemon, Dragon Ball Z, Rugrats, etc.

Adventure Time does have a feel to it that  reminds me of my childhood. But I also notice that some of the episodes oddly remind me of my own life. Finn's issues with Bubblegum princess liking him at the start but then puts him down (mine wasn't about age though) Then when Finn turned into a foot it remind me a lot about a place I use to live on their floor. Jake's worry about his puppies is totally me with my baby. Also I can't even watch "I remember you" with out crying because it makes me think of me and my dad. So there is a lot to adventure time to me on a very deep level.

I have never watched it because of nostalgia Oo

In all honesty I thought it looked stupid, so I watched it one day to see what all the fuss is about.

That's when I grew to like it, its got some good humor and if it keeps me entertained well...
