Want to earn up to 50,000 Viz from recording videos? Than read on

For every 5+ minute video that you record using the RGR Plugin, upload to youtube and add to a game page on vizzed, I'll give you 250 Viz. If the video is uploaded to vizzed youtube page, you get an extra 250 Viz.

Be sure to let me know how many videos you did, how much Viz I owe you and you'll be granted the Viz. There's lots of things you could spend your Viz on, including the Netplay Item, Beta Test Ticket, and the Laptop item; go to the Item Shop accessories page for more information on these items.

Rules:
-Video must at least 5 minutes long to qualify
-You can earn up to 50,000 Viz doing this
-Each of your submissions either must be of a different level/location of the game or a different game all together. So for example, if you did 2 videos that both involved level 1 of Super Mario Bros, only 1 of those submissions would count. If you did 2 videos of different levels of Super Mario Bros, than it would count.

Bonus:
-You'll earn doubled the Viz if your video is longer than 15 minutes
-You'll earn tripled the Viz if your video is longer than 30 minutes
-You'll earn quadrupled the Viz if your video is longer than 60 minutes
(the bonuses wont count if your video and audio are out of sync; read below for more info)

So let's say that I record a video of LeZ; Majora's mask and it's the first 10+ minutes. Can I add it to my YouTube channel and make a series until I beat the game? Do I just leave a link to where the game is located on vizzed in the description? And if it takes me 2-3 videos to complete a location like the swamp or mountains is that ok? This seems like it's going to be awesome to do

Is it OK if you do a whole walk through. It might take a long time for some games. This seams very fun, but I hope there isn't a lot of spam..

Breakingpoint91 : Youtube lets you do videos up to an hour long so you can just do 1 video per a location and I'd count that. In fact, I'd give you a bonus for doing videos that long.

so if i were to do Pokemon: FireRed Walkthrough. i can submit as many videos as i need as long as its 10min and im actually doing the whole story line and what not? and not just the same thing every time. and also does the recorder record voice?

I would love to share some of my awesomeness but I have a problem with uploading and downloading things. I have Hughes.net and so I have an "allowance" of 500mb of download/upload every day and if I use more then I have bad things happen so my question is thus: can I record my game-play without impacting my "allowance"?

Apparently, we are posting what videos we took here, so I suppose I shall as well.

Just added a video to "Super Mario Brothers 2 - Christmas Edition." I hosted it on my youtube account, and it is over 34 minutes long, so 500 vizz x 2 for being over 30 minutes should be 1000 viz for me.

I would not have minded of putting it on the Vizzed youtube page TOO, but the recording was split into two, and I wanted to edit them together. When I did that, I could not find the way to post on the vizzed page as well.

I'm having a technical issue. My 10-minute video is taking a really long time to upload (it took 18 minutes just for it to get to 4%). Is this normal? And how can I speed up the process, if possible?

getglazed : If you were to do a walkthrough, it'd be silly to break it into 10 minute segments. I prefer videos to not be in parts. The plugin does not support voice recording.

PhantomShuriken : You don't need a webcame, the RGR Plugin has built in video recording.

ruesen : You can just post them in this thread. You can respond to this thread with every few videos you make.

earthwarrior : How big was the file? You might have to just upload it to your own youtube.

Nokalandrios : That's not possible, it's going to use bandwidth.

mrkool078 : That's normal depending on your internet connection. The video sizes are pretty big and usually an upload speed is way slower than a download speed.
