I prefer Sauna. You might find it odd, but it is a local thing. Here its not luxury since almost every house has one its part of our cultural heritage and tradition and it has nothing to do with sexuality unlike some people from abroad seem to think. Showers. I rarely take baths, for various reasons. One of which being that I run the water so hot that it steams up the bathroom and restricts my breathing. As a result, I end up winded, and feel exhausted for the rest of the night.

definitely showers, quicker more efficient and you actually get clean instead of sitting in your own filth for a long time. I always shower, bathing is gross and inefficient. Some people are different though, but this is just me, I have always been one to take a quick 5-10 minute shower. I just don't see baths as very useful, you just sit in your filth for a while and soak it up whereas in a shower it is more of a quick rinse. So I just see bathing as an ineffective way to cleanse yourself because you really aren't  getting clean at all.

I shower normally, but if I really want to just relax and be in the groove, I bathe and sit in boiling water for at least twenty minutes. It calms my nerves and it makes me at peace afterwards...
