Its unknown when you use scan. All i know is its a frickin lot. I've done Lion Hear to it twice and still not be dead. Basicly my whole battle plan is 2 use two of the people to heal and squal to use his limit break.

Yeah, that does work but to be honest i havent fought it yet... I dont thik that fight can be avoided huh? You have to fight it in Ultemecias Castle huh? Yeah, using Recover Ability and Treatment/Revive and have Squall using his Limit Break should kill it quick. Providing you have a heap of Auras to increase Squalls chance of getting his limit break with out getting hurt... Thats what i call the 'Safe Option'.

yeah, use "Strength Up" items, jumction tornado to Str and use Ifrits (i think Ifrit) Str +20% and Str +40% abilitys. And it also helps to be about level 95+. If you do all that his limit will do about a toltal, overall damage of 100,000.

I found out Ultima isnt the strongest in FFVIII it is actually Omeaga who has 1,000,000 health. ultima has less than 100,000.

I read here that someone said you have to defeat Ruby with one player. Thats stupid. To get the other players you simply kill them before you enter the match, Ruby will throw his tenticalls under the ground straight away, cast either Life 2 on All or summon Phoniex, cause its the start of the match he wont gain health. Then you use the item Dazzers and summon Knights of the Round while he is paralized. Its the best andmost effective way.
