Gannondorf is awful in Brawl. I think Link is really good, so he would win at least 60% of the time I would think. It would also depend on the stage a little. But without items or gimmicks, Link would win hands down.

Since Tiers don't matter to me, it just comes down to a battle of skill. I have owned my fair share of friends as Ganondorf and also a good amount with Link as well. But with Link being faster, having Ranged Weaponry, and a sword for melee, he has Ganondorf beat. As you all know, don't bring your fists ( Magic or not) to a sword fight.
