Scolipede is actually a pretty good Pokemon it has great speed usable attack on okay bulk

Poison point May poison opponent...Its a ok ability i guess
Swarm-powers up bug moves in a pinch...it a pretty okay ability
Quick feet boost speed with a status condition's Its a great ability but sucks on scolipede

Stats
60 HP...Pretty bad but its not meant to wall
90 Attack...pretty ok attack
89 defense...again its not bad
55 sp.attack...pretty useless its not meant to be special anyway
69 sp.defense...Go go 69 anyway its bad
112 speed...very good speed :3

Pretty basic sword dance life orb does massive damage or choice band for instant power :3

Again pretty basic just set up a few sword dance or agility and pass it to something and wreck shop

Opinion
Scolipede is a solid poke with okay psychical bulk great speed and ok attack and with a odd movepool getting moves like megahorn is always nice and it is one of the best UU leads fast and strong

What could'a have been
If he was just a little stronger or faster then he could be a great poke it can also become a pretty good revenge killer

Other options
A purely banded set can be a good revenge killer it also gets some other good moves like pursuit and double edge other then that he doesn't have much to offer

With Stealth Rocks up, the Life Orb set wouldn't last very long. It might as well be a suicide lead seeing as it has no form of recovery whatsoever, and pretty bad bulk.

I'd suggest having Poison Point on most sets though. It isn't often that Scolipede is going to be in a low health/Swarm situation where he isn't easily revenge killed.

Just my opinion though.
