I fell down the stairs yesterday, ouch, well when I say fell down the stairs I mean slid the last 5 on my hip and bottom. I was carrying a bottle of water which meant I was  unable to hold the banister and could not stop myself when I slipped and prevent gravity from pulling me down the last 5 steps heavily ban bang bang bang bang.

OUCH!!!! was in pain when I woke this morning!
