This is a very good RPG. I love to photos that the Photo Man takes during the game, while it gets on the annoying side sometimes, it's still a good feature. Earthbound has a good story, great music, and some very good graphics compared to other games I've played (I'd even say better than ones on the DS!).  While Earthbound is hard, it's not I want to blow it up hard, and so has found a good balance. I would rather play through this again than play another game in the series like Mother 3. The sound, in a word, is fantastic. While it can get on your nerves at time, this game has fairly good graphics, good music, an addictive story line, and a good difficulty. I would highly recommend this the anyone looking for a RPG or new game to try. While Earthbound isn't perfect, I'd say it comes close. So, over all, I rate it a 9.5.

I don't know many people who don't at least like this game. I really liked how you discussed what exactly you like about it. Many don't even bother with discussing anything in their "reviews".

I'm actually one of those people who don't go crazy for it. It was okay for me, but I wasn't a big fan of the complete randomness of it. I don't know. It took way too long for me to know exactly what the whole purpose of the journey was.
