Eddy88 : I honestly really like this question. I'm not sure about what I would consider a best Sonic game moment, to be honest. Probably the ending of Sonic Adventure 2, just because of how well it was planned and written.

I'd probably say Sonic 2's Special Stages are the most difficult. There are bombs everywhere, and that makes it incredibly difficult to get the needed amount of rings for the Emerald. A close second would be the Sonic Pocket Adventure special stages, but that's mainly because it's almost equal to the Sonic 2 special stages, and it's harder to control on the Neo Geo.
