I was and still am a massive fan of Simon Pegg's films, They are very funny, so I am waiting for the DVD release of "Worlds End" because they wouldn't let a 13 year old into a 15 rated movie. At the moment the first one is still my favourite and that is "Shaun of the dead" great zombie slayer movie but it is mainly a comedy and that what brings the magic.

My favourite movie would have to be "The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya." I mean how could it not be. The whole movie is based around my favourite anime character of all time and is a movie for one of my favourite anime of all time. It also holds a few scenes that I can honestly never forget and always find myself thinking of them when in deep thought.

Aside from that I would have to say "Titan AE" which was my favourite movie all of my childhood. I still love it to this day, for the story, the characters, that twist near the end that always gets me even though I see it coming, and most of all the music. Still some of the greatest tracks of all time IMO.

Gotta say Despicable Me, the first one. Witty one-liners, slapstick comedy, and the Minions make it a very good movie! It's probably the best movie of whatever decade it was in. I forgot the release date...

I generally like action movies, I like transformers, star wars, start trek, iron man those kinds of movies (noticing a pattern, they all have either robots or modern mechanical stuff!) I also like adventure movies like Indiana Jones and other stuff like that. My least favorite and probably the most dramatic are romantic movies, I think a lot of guys dread those, especially when watching them with their wife XD. I also like marvel/ dc comic movies, like iron man, avengers, Thor, spider man, and batman and superman. So this is just a basic idea of the movies I like to watch.

My favorite movie of all time will have to be The Day After Tomorrow for a number of reasons. The first reason that I like this movie so much is because this had been the first “Horror” movie that I have ever seen.

I know that it’s not really a horror movie, but I classify it as such because I was only about ten years old when I first saw the film, and a few of those scenes did appear to be a bit scary at that age.

For instance, look at the scene towards the end with the wolves. A group of teens being attacked by a pack of wolves on an abandoned ship in the middle of Manhattan will always seem scary, no matter how old you are.

It’s not just that scene, there have been many other parts of the movie that had seemed scary to me, the first time I had seen it. Another example would be the scene where the reporter is standing in the middle of the street, and then he was unexpectedly struck and killed by the billboard, because of the tornadoes.

All of those scenes were scary however, the scene that had scared me the most, must have been the one where all the power went out in the big building and the janitor opened the door to see that the tornado had torn apart half of the building. When I see that part, I want to scream out “Don’t open that door! It’s glowing!”

Aside from all of those scary parts (Which I had eventually begun to love) there were also plenty of scenes that were very memorable as well. I am sure all of you wonderful people remember that scene at the end where the kid was at last reunited with his father. That scene made me so happy.

Over the past nine or so years, I must have seen the movie at least fifty times, and it just so happens that I saw it just a few weeks ago, just a bit after the semester started. I remember watching the final few scenes of the movie and I was crying because it just looked so happy to see.

Of course, who can forget the dramatic scene when the father was traveling with his two friends towards New York City through the miles of frozen snow? One of his friends fell through the ice and then cut his rope just so the father could continue on towards his son. He sacrificed himself. That was a suspenseful moment.

Besides all of those various scenes, there was the aspect of the awesome special effects. The people who made the movie had done a great job with putting the movie together and they were able to make all of the various weather catastrophes come to life.

I practically grew up with this movie, like I mentioned earlier, I had seen the movie at least fifty times and it stuck with me. This movie was the first one that I had for my PSP, and it will always live on in my memories for the rest of my life, even if I never see it again. (But I will.)

I last watched happy feet 2 about an hour ago, it was really awesome and I think it was way better than the first one. I think that the amigos, especially ramon are very funny. He has a lot of good humor!

Someone said, look ramon triplets! And he said no there is only three

Another time someone said to him, ramon your beautiful and he said only on the outside.

He is the dumbest one in the movie but he is just really funny and he makes the movie that much more fun to watch. So that is the last movie I have seen about an hour ago. It was a really great movie.

Hmmmm my favourite film is tied between 3.It's got to be either "Top Gun", "Red Cliff" or "Down Periscope"

TOP GUN is obviously a Top 5 contender, with a great story line, plenty of action and possibly the greatest playlist of supporting music ever put together. It's also full of fighter planes, motor bikes and funny moments so what more could you want??? a good all-rounder

BUT....

RED CLIFF is the hidden contender, the short version running for nearly 4 hours and the full version for nearly 7 hours, being all in Chinese with English subs generally puts it off people's radar. But if (like me) you grew up playing the Dynasty Warriors Series or if your familiar with the tales of old china then this is definitely a film to see, FULL with action, tactical strategy and an accompanying storyline to complement. Give it a try

BUT STILL....

DOWN PERISCOPE is a Naval Comedy with Kelsey Grammar (aka Dr Frasier Crane) and Rob Schneider (Generally matched up with Adam Sandler),a great film full of laughs.never fails to put a smile on your face and a chuckle in your belly lol.One that's good for the family to watch together

They might be 3 older films, but definitely ones to watch if you've not seen them.

Mission Impossible! It has good story line, great actors and actresses, and also has a great crew. I wish they will make a new sequel of the Mission Impossible.

Also, I liked G.I. Joe too.

I would choose journey across the universe though because I love all the scenes made for the Beatles songs
