Donkey Kong Country 4 is a pirated game, which means that it was not made by Nintendo or something, it was made by someone not important (no offense to whoever made this game).  It is pretty much a NES version of Donkey Kong Country on the SNES.  I think that this is pretty cool.  When I saw the title, I thought that it was an actual game, but then I realize that it is just like Donkey Kong Country.  It still is fun to play because Donkey Kong Country is an awesome game.

Graphics - 7

The graphics are NES-like, but it is not accurate.  It looks a bit bad.  There is no effects in this game because all you do is jump and attack.  Do not hate on the graphics because this is very impressive for the person that made it.

Sound - 8

The sound is hilarious.  When the music plays, it plays as an NES version and it sounds pretty cool.  The sound effects are just like games on the NES.  It is alright.

Addictiveness - 7

I would not play as much since it is just like Donkey Kong Country, but it still is a game like the Donkey Kong Country series.  So I would just play this some of the time.

Story - 8

The story is the same as Donkey Kong County, but plays differently.  I will just tell the story since it is the same.  King K. Rool steals Donkey Kong's bananas and so it is up to Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong to go and defeat Kong K. Rool and retrieve their bananas back.

Depth - 7

The game does not have a lot of things in it.  It has the same offers as the one on the SNES.  the only thing different about it is that you can be the kid from The Jungle Book.  I have no idea why this person did this, but you have got to realize that they both are similar because it involves in jungle things and bananas so I am guessing that is why this person put the kid in there.  There is no second person if you play The Jungle Book 2 version, you will just be the kid twice.  I have no problem with that, but it seems kind of funny to me.  Everything else plays the same.  What is different about this game too is that you do not play the same levels as the one on the SNES.  It is like the person randomly picks the levels and just made it like that.  I am not saying that it randomly picks every time you turn it off and on, he just made random games play on this particular level.  If you play the Donkey Kong Country version, you will start from where you will play on the first level from the SNES.  What is cool is that you will start out with about 25 lives instead of 5.  I think it is the same on The Jungle Book 2 version.  Another thing is that you cannot choose which level to pick, so there is basically no breaks in between the levels.

Difficulty - 6

The game can be hard to play.  It delays a millisecond when you run, so that is not good.  What sucks is that some of the time the enemies can move left and right and they do not do that on some enemies.  It does not bother me about it, but I am just giving you a heads up about that.  Other than that, the game is quite fun and easy.

Wrap Things Up...

Donkey Kong Country 4 is (again) a pirated game.  I recommend trying this game out if you have not already.  It is not that bad of a game and it should be given a chance to play.  I like it.
