sonicmcmuffin : all the names are put into a thread for a vote and we work through each name and decide if we think that person is good enough to be a staff member.

The people who get 3 or 4 votes (out of 4) are pretty much guaranteed a spot. If we have some people with 2 votes and we still need to fill a spot then we discuss those people to see if we can agree on who is the best out of the rest basically.

I think there is a file on your computer where you can add websites that are exempt from being viewed.... not through a browser or anything though so it would be hard to fix for anyone else

Natas : most people have no idea that even exists so they likely would never be able to fix it And it would affect every browser no matter what. It's evil but worth it.
