Makes sense. A serious overhaul always gets people's attention. I've only been here for a few months, but if it isn't, I think it should be either a yearly or bi-yearly occurrence. And people who complain about that being too often are obviously the ones who are slacking and don't want to put in the work to get reinstated.

There will likely be 3/4 of the people selected quite quickly.... it'll be the last 2-3 mods that are the toughest because they will be picked from the last 4-5 people that we think are good enough to be mods right now. It might be Wednesday night.... it might not be until Sunday. A lot depends on when the globals and David get around to voting.
