I have this friend he is really sweet a really caring guy we have alot in common and
He is cute. I really like him but i don't know how to tell him.

Sometimes the truth hurts, but you need to tell him that he's a sweet guy, but you don't want to start a relationship with him. You want to wait to see where it goes first. Let him down easily. If he's this great guy as you describe him. Then he'll understand and won't be disappointed. He'll wait for you. I hope this helps hun. I've been down this road plenty of times.
