EErrm i not 100% sure how though... i pretty sure you cant get bike because Ash Gray is more like same happing on tv, and ash never used bike so i not sure if you can get it though

I would say to check around Cerulean City since that's where it is in the regular games. I beat it a while ago and I do have the bike, but I don't remember where I got it. Just so you know this is the end of the beta:
