I like Cilan, but I don't think that there have been enough episodes to really judge him yet. But I mean Pokemon Connoisseur, really. I think it was kind of unnecessary to create this new profession, especially one that seams so retarded.

Over all I think I like Brock a bit better though, but that might change after more Black and White episodes.

But I do think that Brock, Misty, and everyone else from the previous seasons will come back for an episode or two. Like May did for the Wallace cup in Sinnoh.

Brock was repetitive and bland (even though kids were too young to notice).

It's not his fault, it's obviously the writers, but among the other bland characters, he was especially bland. They had no idea what to do with him after just a couple dozen episodes. So it's not his fault, but I'm glad he's gone.

I don't watch the show anymore, so I have no idea what Cilan is like.
