My family drinks nothing but bottled water; my dad gets a bunch free at work, and any other types we buy when it's on sale. I would prefer to have one of those tap water filters to drink from, but unfortunately, it would mess with our dishwasher set up (not connected to the faucets, have to wheel it over and hook it up to the tap). We always recycle the bottles, so it's not like it goes to waste.

We even have a water cooler in the house that we used to drink from, but the taste of cold water became a little... yuck after awhile. We mainly use it for hot water now.

At work, I bring a bottled water, and refill it at the water coolers, though; tastes good there!

I actually don't care for store-bottled water. It tastes strange to me - which I attribute to the plastic that it's kept in. However, I have no problem with re-filling a bottle with tap water and drinking that instead.

Bottled water just seems a waste of money...which makes me sound very hypocritical because I still buy it every now and then. But since I bought a reusable filtered water bottle I've barely bought any bottled water...saves so much more money

Is all 'bout da moneys peoples

I don't care what anyone says, skin color doesn't determine your personality, taste in music movies, ect.

Bottled water can have a use when public water tastes bad (it happened to me in rural Saskatchewan). Otherwise, it's an utter waste of money. If really necessary (usually during season change, when there seem to be a cleaning up of the distribution system), use filters

"Totts".

I buy "Bottle Water" only when I need a container.
Normally I do as you do and just refill the thing.

I was going to my Dollar tree and getting 6-Packs once a week to have bottles for my protein shake mix. (I mix mine with coffee.)

As far as the standard water bottle for refill purposes I buy "Smart Water". The Bottle is durable and is easier to carry. (I Favour the Litter amount size normally.)

I refill with tap every time.

In my youth I tried to escape Tap water for a four month period. (It is too expensive.)
Never again will I overspend on an item we get for free.
It's just dumb and Wasteful.

Good Luck To All.
Peace.

I don't see the real point for bottled water. If they are giving it out free, I'll gladly take it, but tap water doesn't taste any worse for me. I personally don't care much about the whole "green" part about it. It's mostly that you are spending money on something that is practically free everywhere else.

For some reason, I don't like water out of the bottle - even when it's filled up from my own tap.
I always drink water out of the tap, whether it be straight from the tap or into a cup. Although, when I was in holiday in America I developed a love for bottled water out there but since coming back home I haven't drunk bottled.

No I do not drink bottled water the reason for that is because bottled water is just purified tap water but is alot more healthy then tap because once again it is purified but really there's no difference.
