This thread had to be made sometime. What is it that you like about the opposite sex? Physical body part? Something they do? Weird or not, share it with us.

When it comes to women, I find having a flat stomach to be very sexy. Nothing says she has a good body the flatter it is. Even more so if it's toned. And I'm not talking about anorexic looks. No. They need to have some muscle down there and not a body fat percentage that waaaay too low. Having a toned stomach tells me you're physically active, with sports or working out, and more than likely even in bed.

A good pair of legs is a turn on for me too. Again, especially if they're slightly toned.

Eyes and a requisite amount of squishy. I am fat, I admit it. Even when I worked out and was as healthy as I could be I still had lots of chubby, and that makes me extremely self conscious, so if I poke you in the gut it should be a bit soft. I won't NOT date a guy if he is super skinny or buff, I am just more suspect of their motives. As for the eyes, there needs to be life in them... I have seen people who look soulless because they had nothing there, and they were generally dull as hell. Also, I follow the idea that your eyes are the windows to your soul, and if you look cruel or skivvy then I will be on my guard and most likely stay away until I see evidence otherwise or find out why. I apparently prefer dark hair but that is largely because every blonde guy I have known has been a jerk or just not my type. Redheads are okay though.

Most of the things that attract me are not physical but are more personality traits. I like intelligent conversation, but not so academic that they don't get it if I make a Star Trek reference or something like that. I like nerds and geeks. Gamers are the standard... if you don't play D&D (well, Pathfinder over D&D since 4th edition came out) and are not willing to try it then it is not gonna happen. I like honesty and loyalty, since I have been victim to liars and cheats in the past. And they have to be okay with my having male friends... I get along better with guys, deal with it.

Luckily I seem to have gotten a winner, though he could be a bit more gregarious. Nobody is perfect though, right?

Me? I love women. I love women of all sizes. I love the way they smell, the way they walk, the sound of their voices (whether husky and low or high and light), the way they laugh, how they act in a group...

I love all the physical features of women too. Top to bottom, I appreciate the entire body. Where I'm from, all the mixed ethnicities make for some interesting combinations. I dated a girl who was Hawaiian/Filipino/Japanese. I've dated girls who are Portuguese/Irish/German/Korean. It's a big mixing bowl here and I somehow ended up with a wife who's blonde with green eyes.

The MOST attractive thing about girls is their willingness and enjoyment of beer drinking. That gets me every time.

All the sexual parts of course. You know what i'm talking about. The back, the upper front & lower front. Other then that her face would be something i was always try to find attractiveness in in, whether it's her eyes, lips or nose. Her hair, sometimes the way the ladies style their hair makes them look prettier. When they ladies wear makeup. Not a overload though. Then they'll look like a clown. Basically everything physically. I find sometimes ladies voices are attractive. Also their attitude if it's a good one. There's a ton of things that i could find attractive, but those are the basics.

Honestly, I tend to be very picky but not just with women. I can't really say that's there's anything I look for. Sure, if they're latina or something they may get a head start, but that's not a requirement, more of a preference. I guess you could say that I'm picky in regard to personality and mind but more open in regards to the aesthetics.

I love the things most men love. Nice aroma (perfume is nice, but I like natural scents), warm personality (bonus points if they're just nice to me - I like to feel special), and a lot of other stuff that is much more obvious...

The softness of a woman (I mean really soft) is my favourite quality. I love when the softness of the outside matches the inside.

I'm actually not a big fan of skinny women. That's not to say that I don't like skinny women, I just don't care one way or the other. However, if a woman is skinnier than me, then there's definitely something wrong.

I find a whole bunch of different body types, hair colors, eye colors, etc. to be attractive. In general I like fit men with dark hair. I do enjoy it when guys have a defined jawline. For some reason I really like people with "nice" necks and collar bones... I also like facial hair on guys, if it is well-maintained. So while I don't like wildman beards I do like soulpatches, chinstraps, etc.

In general I guess you could say I don't have any real preference. If I fall in love with someone I end up completely disregarding any physical flaws they may have.

Me personally i love a gurl who has nice long hair and a great set of legs, love it when they smell good,soft to the touch,and dont use a ton of makeup.but whats really attractive is a gurl with a great personality and a brain someone that can hold a conversation.

I agree Annette. That's the best thing to have as a quality, to be able to look beyond the outward appearance. I like facial hair on guys if it's not like thick. Otherwise it's a total turn-off for me.

Annette : I've read somewhere that most women find hair stubble on a man's face an attractive thing when meeting them going on a first date. I guess it makes us look a little bit rugged but clean at the same time.

I never really though about the mother thing, but it does make sense that if a guys gets along with his mother very well then he'd be great to other women. I do have most of what Sunflower likes in a guy: the dark hair, well kept facial hair, nice to my mother. The only thing I'm missing is the pair of light-colored gazers. Though I do sometimes wear "honey"-colored or very light brown contacts.

Another thing I can like about a women is if they have a little geek to them: gaming, math/science nerd. That with being physically active is great.

All the stereo-typical stuff of course,(I seem to be the only guy that has said this) I look at the eyes and the hair. I like a flat stomach (no anorexia) and slim figure overall. I like to have someone who is random and insane like me, but also somebody that can listen to me when I want to talk about something. I also like someone that I can talk about serious things like debate topics and other things. Basically, I like somebody who is a complete mix of everything... like me. Turn ons: Long, red hair; a flat stomach, natural breasts (I don't care how big they are, so long as said woman is not flat-chested), a good face, and nice legs.

As for personality, I like someone who can give and take jokes, who likes to have a good time, who is responsible and a real individual.

Turn offs, for me, are smoking (read: tobacco. Weed may not be legal, but it doesn't harm you like tobacco), drinking, or really any drugs. Really short hair is almost always a no-no for a woman. Being too skinny is bad, and I'm talking about starving-yourself skinny.

Edit: I also agree with most of the personality things that Elara said. THAT is what I really like about a person. They can be beautiful, but a bad personality can ruin the outer beauty.

Sometimes it seems that I have no idea why I start to like some certain person,
pretty often we are totally different and live so different lives that I just want to punch myself.

Well, I'm not sexually attracted to females..however, I think women are beautiful. A womans most striking feature I think is their hair. Besides having breasts and ovaries..that's what makes them women!
