This doesn't belong in Help, I'm moving it to Polls. And I think it's a huge improvement over old chat, with way more functions and features and options. Mods having powers is nice too, except people get too upset when the mods use them, and the mods sometimes abuse them, a little. Voting to ban is a good concept, except people don't take it seriously enough. The ignore feature is awesome, so that way people don't have to get flamed by other people or talk with anyone they don't like. This should prevent a lot of drama, except for everyone freaks out when they get blocked. If it could be changed that the blockee cant see they were blocked, then it would be perfect.

Besides the excessive flaming of staff and other users, the constant swearing, and the unfair banning of another member who had done nothing wrong, this person also talked about how they wanted to violently rape another member. If this person was your "great friend" I don't know what your standards in friends are, but they most certainly were banned for a reason. And only mods have the power to instantly ban, for regular members to ban someone they need 4 other people to agree with them that the person should be banned. So the banning people isn't a problem. The members who need to be banned are.
