Hey man finally someone came out with a questionaire about harry potter and to give you a response my favorite movie has to be Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire or The Prizoner of Azkaban, but my favorite book was the last one Deathly Hallows.
I enjoyed the newest one 'The Deathly Hallows' because there was not a single bit of kiddy feeling. You can't even tell that the series was meant to be for kids anymore. I mean, with the deaths and blood the newest movie stopped treating kids like kids. And I looooove that.
Deathly Hallows part one. It's so dark and the only one I went out to see in theaters soon after it was released. Probably my favorite movie I've seen in theaters and I can't wait for the second part to come out.
Even after seeing all the movies the week they came out and every marathon on ABC Family, it's still a really really hard choice. However, i'd have to go with the Goblet of Fire, for many reasons. Mainly because I like the tournament theme, and we saw many different characters so that the movie didn't revolve around Harry. Not a bad thing, but it's still a nice change of pace.
As a fan of the series with all the books and all the movies (on VHS or DVD), so it is hard to say. Each of the films had a distinct feel that made it great. One of my favorite films in the series, though, has to be the Philosophers stone because it not only best captures the plot in the book, but it captures the magic that J.K Rowling tried so hard to create. Behind all the themes and metaphors in the series, one of the most obvious, yet deepest, is the simple magic in life.
Well, for me the best would probably be Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince, for it was a little more exciting and the end was quite sad, it was nice for a change. Though I have to admit that I like the fact Snape had a bigger role in it, he's one of my favourite characters... but the Deathly Hallows part 1 was quite good, too, I'm waiting forward to the next part to come here.
