I'd have to say Google, because it has more options and a better mail service. Yahoo is cool too but not as good as Google in my opinion.

I go with google because of the sole fact that i have used it my whole life. I actually get more results from it. I tried yahoo back when i used their e-mail... I really don't reccomend it.
