Have you ever had dreams that you thought were really strange, but then those dreams some how came true?, a lot of people including myself have been lucid dreaming lately. I don't know if this stuff is true or not but I want to ask the people of vizzed their opinion on this matter.

Your dreams are the workings of your unconscious mind while your conscious mind rests. There is a lot of information that you pick up, but do not normally think about, so it manifests it in your subconscious. If you remember your dreams, I'd take note of them and treat them with some seriousness.

I can recall a few times when I was weird-ed out by a situation of Déjà vu, where I had an incentive that I've dreamed about it before. Lol, it's some weird stuff. It might sound contradictory, but as far as the psychic aspect of dreams, I don't agree with.

As Lagslayer said, your dreams are just subconcious manifestations of things that we learn/pick-up while consious without realizing it ourselves. There are many things about dreams that we are unsure of, and many people, including myself, have had experiences in dreams that we can relate to future events that happen, or even events in dreams that are so specific it can be scary.

I've been having déja vus regularly since I was ten years old, but rarely very complicated, mostly a sentance or somebody doing something simple...... a year ago I had a dream with someone writing on a wall and it came true last week... so I'd take the simple dreams seriously but have second thoughts about the complicated and weird ones.

Some dreams I have are just weird, and I mean really weird. Makes me wander if I AM weird... Weird.

Most of my dreams have close to nothing to do with real life. Er, I guess if they did I would at least remember them a little more.

Here's a thought: Maybe those lucid dreams have to do with a repeditive lifestyle... ya know what I'm saying? You get into a grove of doing somehthing - wake up >>> do something >>> dream about what you did that day (only slightly different) >>> wake up >>> do the same thing (only slightly different).... Idk that just what had happened to me once.

Well, I think they can mean something.
I had dreams about my grandmother dying a few weeks before she got diagnosed with cancer.
I had dreams about my mom in the hospital for a few days, about a week later, she had to get her gallblader removed.
I had a dream I had to quit the swim team, the NEXT DAY, I found out I tore my achilies.

I have this weird theory, that everyone has a supernatural gift. Some people are more in touch with them then others. Having your dreams come true, is sort of a physic gift, in a way... In now way am I saying that all that mumbo jumbo with the crystal ball is true, but it is possible to have a slight ability to be with the spirit world.

I do experience VERY vivid dreams. I usually wake up dissappointed. I love the concept of dreams.

I have had dreams that have come true later on...whats funny is this whole thread makes me think of the matrix and the Deju vu complex ie the matrix recoded it self maybe our brains work the same way
