S is for the epic shedinja!! Shedinja's body is based on an insect's shed exoskeleton. Therefore, its body is completely hollow (it possesses no internal organs). The shell consists of chitin and is entirely incapable of movement. As it is the shed shell of a fully developed Ninjask, it has a similar shape to the latter. Shedinja's entire body is brown in color; the abdomen is of a darker shade. There are four protrusions where Ninjask's limbs were growing. What appears to be its eyes are actually slits; perhaps formerly for the Ninjask the shell housed to look through. Shedinja has one pair of what appear to be tattered "wings" on its back, which is actually where the exoskeleton was torn by Ninjask to break free of the shell. Between its "wings" there is a hole, out of which the Ninjask escaped. Each "wing" divides into three smaller pieces. These "wings" actually don't perform any function, as Shedinja's body is immobile and levitates. Two horizontal lines circle its abdomen. A white halo constantly floats above its head.

R is for Rapidash.
It runs at 150 miles per hour, on fire, chasing everything that moves in hopes of racing it.

H is for the Dual Type Fire Steel pokemon Heatran. Heatran is a tortoise-like creature (also based off of a ram) with a reddish-brown body that has orange and gray spots. Heatran has metal bangles locked on its legs and the four claws on each of its feet are in a cross formation. Heatran has a gray underside, its face is covered by an iron mask and it has red-orange eyes. Whenever it is seen with its mouth open, an orange glow eminates from inside it. Because of its intense body heat, certain parts of its body are melted slightly out of shape. Heatran can use its cross-shaped claws to dig deep into walls. Their feet allow them to stick to a surface, allowing it to hang and climb from walls or ceilings. Boiling blood, like magma, circulates through its body. Heatran mainly attacks by using Fire-type attacks such as Flamethrower and Fire Fang, but it also knows a couple of Steel-type moves like Iron Head and Flash Cannon. Heatran can use some Rock and Ground-type attacks, such as AncientPower, Stone Edge, Earth Power and Earthquake. Heatran is the only known Pokémon that learns Magma Storm.
