Ugh, of all the pokemon, even though it is better than caterpie and weedle, it is still a bug type, which also means it is very weak. All of its stats are horrible, nonetheless its highest stat is its base 40 defense. Move wise it learns stringshot, bug bite and tackle...other than that it is pretty pitiful, so I would advise getting some tms and evolving it. Overall, it is really nothing special until it turns into a vivillion with better stats, movepool and several impressive designs to choose from....

Overall I give it a 2/10, like I said, it is nothing special until it evolves.

Rhyperior is okay I guess. I never used it but it looks slower than Rhydon. Plus it is a pain to find the item for it in order to evolve.

Hydreigon looks like a good Pokémon on paper (actually lets say great because its base stats are awesome), but I've never actually used one on a team before. Dewgong has always been one of my personal favorite water types, however, I won't let that bias my rating. It has a decent move pool, but I don;t think it's stats are quite up to par. I think it deserves a mega evolution that increases its special stats. Overall it deserves a 6/10 from me.

Sylveon is  a really good fairy type, it has great special defense and pretty good special attack to make some strong hits. Along with that, it has some pretty good bulk HP wise, so it can take special hits fairly well despite its low base 65 defense. I really like the fact that it has the ability pixelate that allows normal type moves to turn into fairy type moves. In this case, moves like hyper beam will do a lot more damage. Overall, it is a really bulky pokemon and it can really put some holes in your team if you don't know what your doing, so I give it a 9 out of 10.

Breloom is an above average Pokemon to me. I never really used this Pokemon much but when I used it, it can be useful to me at times. Its spore attacks can be quite useful depending on the battle situation. I would rate this Pokemon 7.5/10.

Defense wise, it's defenses are decent, maybe not Aggron level, but with 90 base HP and 80 in both defenses, it should be able to take a couple of hits. Move pool wise, I wish it could've received more physical fire type moves which is kind of a disappointment, but move wise it gets crunch, extremespeed, fire fang, outrage and flare blitz. It can also get moves like close combat and double edge through breeding. Overall, I wish it had a better movepool and perhaps an additional typing like fire/dark or something because fire alone is pretty frail defensively...altogether I give it an 8.5.

Starmie has a good move-set and it can be quite annoying to beat especially at a low level. For example, Starmie from Misty's gym if you don't train enough.

I always thought it  was a cool Pokemon, but it's honestly not very good. None of it's stats are particularly good, it has a weak learnset, and a bad type combination that gives it 7 different weaknesses. I'll give it a 4/10.
