Woot! I was wondering who has seen it so far. I was the first in line with my mom this morning & the line was pretty long. We enjoyed it. We also stayed until after the credits to see the special clip they always stick there. I'm anxious to see how they're going to use the character that was hinted at.

I think IM2 was as good if not better then the first.
Alot of great fan references and character development there.

I liked how it was realistic with the different suit strengths, like how the case suit couldn't handle much punishment as compared to the full suit.
The bit with the shield was funny, the agent is like "OMG, it's teh holy grail" and then stark uses it to prop up the synchrotron.
And the bit where he's watching the film of his father, right there, touching moment at the end.
Loved the drones, great scene at the end with all of them.
I saw it last week in a midday session, so it was nice and quiet for the most part.

It will be interesting to see where they are going with Thor considering Mjöllnir is not supposed to be in its hammer form if it is far away from Thor.
(I'd also like to know if they will build a base around it, as no one but Thor can even lift Mjöllnir)

You were lucky it was nice & quiet, Dark. They fixed the sound by the time the movie started, but during the preview trailers, the sound was incredibly loud in the theater. To make matters worse, my mother & I were underneath one of the speakers. :/
