I enjoy playing demakes of games.

As a Sonic fan since the beginning this looked interesting.

Gameplay wise it's Sonic on the NES with NES graphics which look fine, there were a few graphical errors like enemy sprites, score, ring counter would flicker on occasion.

Sounds: The 8 bit version of the music sounds fine no problems.

Only replay value would be to get the good ending by collecting all the chaos emeralds.

Story its the same as the original game, stop Dr Robotnik, save the animals & collect the Chaos Emeralds

Difficulty: Without the posts its a pain when you die, there seemed to be more enemies & the bosses took more hits than the usual 8. Also due to the slippery movement it was harder to navigate the later stages such as the labyrinth Zone. The hitbox felt off so some parts I'd still get hit by something & have to deal with the annoying knockback which felt as bad as Castlevania.

Overall it was a fun to play through, shame the Scrap Brain Zone wasn't added & you get sent to the Final Zone. I hope theres a demake of the other games 2/3 in the future.
