To me it's a never ending saga, I get zits where there shouldn't be zits and it's so annoying, I do have the cleansing stuff but I never have a chance to use it (though sometimes I do use it in the shower because I'm cleaning myself anyway)

I used to have problems with it. But then mine just went away. Have you tried facial oil sometimes that can prevent zits. The thing I deal with is eczema. Eczema can be a real bugger sometimes especially when its hot.

well googling them it like they deal with dry skin but I'm not sure dryness is a problem for me. I don't really have a dermatologist, my physician said he would check out my skin once in awhile because my dermatologist retired sometime back

Ugh, I feel ya, mate. Acne can be such a pain. It's one of those things that you'd think would vanish once you're past your teen years, but nope! Life has other plans.

So my sister, she's an adult and she's been battling with acne for the longest time. I mean, seriously, she used to get them in the weirdest places – behind her ears, on her neck, and yeah, even the back. Like, why? But good news is, it's been getting a lot better for her in the past year. Here a couple of things she's been trying and found helpful:

1. Consistency. I know you mentioned having the cleansing stuff, but maybe try to stick to a routine, even if it's just once a day?

2. Changing pillowcases often. Sounds weird, I know. But apparently, dirt and oil from your face gets on the pillow and can cause breakouts. She switches hers every 2 days.

3. She's been trying out some tea tree oil for spot treatment and swears by it. Just dabs a little on the zit and it reduces inflammation and stuff.

4. Drinking tons of water and cutting down on dairy and sugary stuff. Not sure how true this is for everyone, but she says it helped her a ton.

5. Shower every day. And maybe any time after you've sweat. Or at very least wash your face every 8 hours, or at very least, when you wake up and before you go to bed.

6. When you do breakout, put ice or something cold on it to reduce inflammation. Works like a charm.

And hey, about the shower thing, ain't nothing wrong with multitasking! Just make sure the products you're using ain't too harsh or drying for daily use.

Hope some of this helps.

I don't even have acne yet, I don't think I'll show my face though, I'll keep it hidden, unless you look me up, I don't think you will even find me though, and the pics are not even of me.

Well the thing is Acne was a problem for me before I only showered on weekends (yeah I know it's gross), but I'm home for the summer you have a point I should shower every day, also I do have OXY pads but they insist that I have to have an OXY product to work with it....kind of annoying and costly

Not really since I do try my best to keep my skin clean and clear, especially after work. I mean I do usually get a blemish once in a while around my cheek or forehead due to the sweat but I try to ignore it and let Mother Nature do its work and clean it out with some soap and water.
