It's been several months since the last time I wrote a review, after my review of Kill la Kill - IF SonicOlmstead reviewed Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Xenoblade Chronicles Definitive Edition, also, zanderlex reviewed Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes (among other games). Thanks guys, I appreciate the reviews of those Japanese games, less work or reviews to write, heh heh. Anyway, Kill la Kill - IF isn't tame considering the content and age rating, so, for now, I'll review a game that is very tame compared to other games I've reviewed. Enchanting Mahjong Match is, well, a mahjong game only available for Nintendo Switch (unlike other mahjong games for the console), it's a game rated T and it only has the content descriptor ''Suggestive Themes'', being the person who reviews those games around here, it's good material before I review something more suggestive or whatever. Let's begin.

Story: Like other mahjong games for Nintendo Switch, Enchanting Mahjong Match doesn't have a story.

Graphics: Enchanting Mahjong Match has varied 2D art, a lot of artists or designers contributed to the game and the game has a lot of 2D art that looks really nice. During any level or challenge in the game, the graphics are minimalist and don't need to be extremely detailed or good, but overall the game looks good enough. The best part of the graphics definitely are the menus or UI and the many unlockable images or art (''2D beauties'' as they call them).

Sound: Enchanting Mahjong Match doesn't have voice acting and it only has 4 songs, 1 of those 4 songs will be used a lot because every challenge or level in the game uses the same music...that song is good enough but I can't deny that it gets a little old after a while. What the game has sounds nice (those 4 songs) and the soundtrack clearly sounds asian or with traditional asian instruments (like the music in Okami, Senran Kagura, Lunar Wind in A Witch's Tale, etc...). The sound effects are satisfying and I actually really like the sound effects in the menus and during the game, as I said, the sounds are satisfying. A 7/10 for this category is fine, maybe a bit less if you don't want to feel a little generous.

Addictive: A Mahjong game lives because of its gameplay and how much fun it is to play, before playing Enchanting Mahjong Match, I played and finished 2 other mahjong games for Switch, I can say for sure that Enchanting Mahjong Match is as fun as those 2 other games and in some aspects, it's even better. As you probably know, the main goal ''is to connect the identical tiles with lines and remove them from the board'', which is fun enough, but we also have the fact that there are 2 kinds of levels, most levels just involve removing all the tiles within the time limit, but others involve 2 specific tiles that must be removed within a limit of how many tiles can be removed (without a time limit of course). There are also items that can be used to help you and those tiles that give you items only appear in a few specific levels but you can repeat those levels over and over again to get those items. Like other mahjong games, Enchanting Mahjong Match is, obviously, a repetitive game...many games can be considered repetitive (and they are repetitive let's be honest), but even so, I had a blast beating all the levels in Enchanting Mahjong Match, and like other mahjong games, it's a fun game in my opinion, at times, it's more fun than similar games.

Depth: Eh, it's a game that will take you from 7 to 12 hours at most, something like that. It's a short game more or less, but it still has many levels to beat and the game lasts at least a few hours.

Difficulty: Considering how challenging Enchanting Mahjong Match can be, it's a game that, as I said, lasts at least a few hours because of that, compared to other mahjong games I've played, Enchanting Mahjong Match is even more difficult or challenging than other games in the genre, what's more, when you beat any level, you get 1, 2 or 3 stars depending on how well you did, and the only way to completely reveal the 2D art in the game, you have to get 3 stars in all the levels...even if you repeat those specific levels to get items, it still won't be something easy to do, it's very difficult to get 3 stars in the levels near the end of the game where you have a limit of tiles that can be removed...I can say for sure that a 9 is fine for this category, definitely at least an 8...

Enchanting Mahjong Match is a fun and hard mahjong game I highly recommend, at times the game is even better than the Switch versions of Delicious! Pretty Girls Mahjong Solitaire and Bishoujo Battle Mahjong Solitaire, the 2 other mahjong games I've played for Nintendo Switch. The 2 types of levels, and the items that can be used to make the game easier are things I appreciate about the game, overall it's a very fun game in my opinion and something that deserves at least a 7.5/10. Of course, the game is not perfect, even with the small amount of text in the game, there are a few errors, the game tells you that 2 stars reveal or remove 3 panels that initally cover the 2D art, but that's not true, only a rating of 3 stars removes 3 panels, and a rating of 2 stars reveals less of the image, also, developer is written as ''deveroper'' in the credits...even with a few flaws or errors in the game, I still think it's a game worth playing, it has a price tag of $4.99 and in Mexico it costs $86.99 pesos, if you ask me, it's worth it even if you buy the game at list price. If you are interested in Enchanting Mahjong Match...I recommend it.
