So this might not be a traditional review of this game as this is not the road rash I'm used to playing, oh sure the rashing is still there but it's missing the motivation for playing. And once again I had to rely on playing this on a different site because I can't play playstation games on this site.

Gameplay: this time there aren't any characters to get attached to, which is a shame considering I would have loved to have seen most of them in live action.

Graphics: there are new cutscenes and they are all done in live action, and everything seems to be upgraded here.

Sound: to be honest, the game doesn't sound well because it's Neptunjs player, so I had the sound off a good chunk of the time, as a result I can't grade it.

Addictive: well here's the thing, the motivation isn't really there this time as when you finish a race they don't show how much money you've won, this didn't make me want to come back.

Depth: it offers more in the weapons department.

Difficulty: well this was difficult for me the first time around I have still yet to place in first place in this game.

Overall: the game is definitely a downgrade in the story department but an upgrade in the everything else department, I know this has excellent graphics but...sigh, Sega did it better (even though N64 did a good version but I can't really play it I'll have to watch a gameplay of it on youtube as it's not playable on N64, I don't know if it's a DMCA issue or something but surely I'm not the only person who has noticed) and considering that I'm kind of disappointed with what. As a result I have to give it my lowest score ever
