While I've been walking a lot less because covid has paralyzed everything for the last seven months, I can still rack up five digits a day depending on what the plans are.

I doubt this routine will change before the year ends, but if things go the right way and I can get the work done on my end I could return to walking a bit more. That is, if we don't get confined again.

I drastically kicked up my walking this month. I never actually reached the 200 mile mark last month, I ended up finishing at about 180, which was just shy of my record.

However this month is a whole other story. I walked 30,000 steps or more in a day 3 times during the first 7 days of the month and then took 3 days off from walking a lot. My mobile app says that I already did 81 miles during the first 10 days of the month, which would put me at an insane 240 miles for the month. But the app hasn't been working today, I walked 3 miles but it didn't count any of it.

I walk a lot lol! I have no idea how many steps I've taken but in terms of hours, about 2 to 3 hours mostly. On weekends and sometimes on Fridays, I'm out of the house for about 4 to 5 hours, so yeah I'm a walker. Honestly, walking for me is kinda relaxing. I just like to walk around, listen to music and think positive thoughts.

Funny that this should be brought up, because during the summers because of most of the gaming I do, I always make sure I take a walk first thing in the morning (because the weather is more tolerable). I normally swim during the summer on sundays and do aqua-cizes, but the stupid pandemic took that away from me

I've been quarantined the past week and will remain so for another 3-4 days so I haven't been able to walk much at all sadly. I mean I could run laps around the house but I don't really see the point. I've been working on other tings though! Started lifting (makeshift) weights in a desperate attempt to widen my rather slim arms, although I'm afraid it will be a hard task as my metabolism is really fast and I have a slim build to begin with.

Over covid times I definitely haven't gotten as shredded as some people but I've tried to at least maintain somewhat of a good condition.

Since lockdown and just covid in general I only ever really go out when I have to anymore since it is just too risky otherwise for me since I am already pretty vulnerable to it in the first place because of my asthma but also there are now multiple strains of it which just makes this worse.
