So i've been at this for a few days and even changed Browsers at one point hoping that it would fix the issue, however it has not. I'm not sure what it means at this point to choose a "Layout Type" anymore. Could I get some help?

I'm basically the resident layout expert around here, since everyone else is retired. So I'll take a crack at this.

For starters, that layout maker is bogus, it's far easier to just learn how to type it out yourself in the advanced editor, as far as I know, the "easy" one is broken. What I did, was I bought a layout that I liked from the store, then I looked at the code, and re-appropriated what I needed, afterwards, I kept going, making more, and slowly figuring out what everything does. I'll give you a basic layout if you'd like, and you can paste it into the advanced editor and work from there.

Or I could just make you whatever you want really, so long as it doesn't require heinous image editing.

Do you have access to any code? I can actually see a box to place my layout in, whenever I edit a post, so there's a chance you could screw with it that way. I could also place your code into the advanced editor for you, and test it as well. I've handed off some trust points to you as well, but I think giving you enough to become a trusted member outright would be frowned upon.

I apologize for the double post, but here's a proof of concept. I couldn't find the stuff you uploaded, but I actually code crafted the text box from in game. It's much nicer to use a css generated text box, than put it over an image one, as you don't need to worry about the text colliding with the border.
I know it's not correctly proportioned, but if it was, it would cover a nice element of the image. It can also be adjusted to be taller and less wide, but this is probably more fitting.

That one I made for you probably took at least 60 - 90 minutes, because I kept making adjustments. I sent it to you in case you'd like to use it for now, but I accidentally sent the beta version, which was bad, so I labeled the correct version with a "Z". Use that one.
I tried sending the code through here, but it won't work, I'd need to contact you in some other way.
Anyway, if you have any ideas for layouts at all, I'm always looking to make new ones to put on the shop for literally no one to buy or use, so toss some at me. My next one is likely going to be Ariel from The Little Mermaid.

I see you placed lines at the bottom, did you do that manually? I can add it into the layout if you don't want to type it all the time. I just don't put those in mine, perhaps they're good for showing cutoff, but I don't find them aesthetic, it could be a mistake, but oh well.

As for ideas, that's fine. But is there anything else you're particularly fond of? I usually just look up a wallpaper for that, then find one with a nice space for a text box, or conjure up a fancy gimmick, like this layout.
