I'm running a decent number of 3DS and PS2 games, the amount is pretty hard to ascertain though. If we count digital copies, I probably have around 120 3DS games. Mind you, they're not all that great. But they count, right? I likely only have 30 or 40 PS2 games at this point. But in my childhood, the number was closer to 100.

What's your prime console?

in just home consoles the winner is ps2 for sure. never counted them but ive got 2 dresser drawers full plus a good 20 in storage, only thing that comes close is gamecube with its own dresser drawer. ps2 was such a great console, so many fantastic games. gamecube was just as good, truly the golden age of gaming.

Without a shadow of doubt, it's clearly Gamecube. I don't own that many right now, but back in time I could have had close to 50. I'm not sure if my PSX could have been my prime console in terms of total number of games or maybe any handheld I used to own, it was too long ago to remember.

Ten years ago, I started to drift away from the world of videogames, so since then I haven't got as much games as I did previously. I don't think I ever got close to 20 Wii games, I barely got 10 PS3 games, and now I'm struggling with similar numbers with PS4, with no signs of getting any better.

drag00n365 : My issue with computer games, is that having them physically is a near impossibility nowadays. So having a collection doesn't feel as satisfying. But it also aggravates me that current gen consoles require downloads and updates.

If PC counts it would be my PC, but if it doesn't then... I guess my PS4? I want more games for my Switch but nothing out there really interests me and I end up just going back to Smash lol. At the moment, my 3DS has 25 games, my Switch has 17, and my PS4 has 15.

These are all physical games by the way, if I were to include digital games, then the numbers would be slightly higher with 3DS still in the lead.

I have about 150 games on my computer solely on steam. However if we were going to say console or something more physical, I would have to say I own most of my games on my 3ds. Only real reason is because I've had my 3ds the longest out of all the consoles I've owned.

If I remember the record amount of games I've owned, the most games I owned for a single console would be the PlayStation 2.

I had a total of around 120 games for the PS2, which is like a boatload of games, but sadly to this day, 90% of those games I had for the PS2 were either sold/traded in, or extremely damaged at a point that it's unplayable.

If you count PC gaming, I have 1000+ games on Steam alone, and then you count the Epic Game Store, GOG, and what I own physical, I am sure I am pushing the 2000 range, but if you are talking strictly home consoles. In terms of consoles, my Switch got even more games over the last 2 weeks because of Eshop deals. I grabbed a handful of physical games at the store that I bought too, so now I have around 25 physical games and around 80-100 digital ones spread over 2 big MicroSD cards.

Funny story... I only have one video game system I use now: my Wii U. My 3DS is ready to snap in half, so it's too hard to play games on it and I don't even bother trying. Most of the games I have for it are retro games from the Nintendo eShop. I never had many Wii U games to begin with. If we really want to be technical, the system I have the most games for is the NES because most of my Wii U Virtual Console games are NES games. XD
