YouTube stopping on its own
I put up a music playlist, and the player eventually pauses itself.

I have a tendency to listen to a few music playlists on YouTube, but for a few months now, the music and video just stop on their own whenever they feel like it.

Basically, after about 40 minutes or so, the video player pauses, the site says that YouTube has been interrupted, and I have to press a continue button in order to play it again. I have to do this multiple times unless I tap on the screen from time to time, and since I usually do my own thing while this music is playing, it can be quite distracting to have to stop what I am doing just to turn the music back on again.

Is there a way to fix this? I mainly had this problem with an android device, but it happens on the PC, too.

I have a similar problem, except if I leave a video tabbed and then come back to it later, it has a tendency to begin buffering and it won't play unless I refresh the page. It's actually really annoying.

I'm not sure if there's a way to fix either of our issues. I wish I knew but I can't find anything about them online. Maybe I'm just not using the correct keywords, but it happens on both my desktop and laptop so I know it isn't an issue with a specific computer.

I'm also experiencing issues with the tabbed videos reloading when checking them later. I've also noticed that the time stamp annotations now refresh the page/reload the video before skipping to that point of the video so they basically lost all their purpose.
