Medal of Honor Frontline Greatest PS2 game ever!
Baseball Stars 2 Holy crap rcarter2! Nice score!
Marble Madness I gave it my all in that last Speed Run. I think I can finish in less than 3.5mins but it would have to be perfect
Blast Chamber Game doesn't work for me. Every time I try to start it up, the emulator closes :(
Crash Bandicoot Greatest PSX series of all time!
Smash T.V. (rev 8.00) game works fine for me :)
NHL Breakaway 99 Rangers vs. Blackhawks...let's see how they would have faced off in 1999 :)
Marble Madness Aww! I missed the competition in May! Dang, I need to check back on Vizzed more often :(
Marble Madness I know, haven't played it since then. May try again soon.
Tony Hawk\'s Pro Skater game needs to be available for 1964 plugin so you can customize controls ASAP!

2Xtreme

2xtreme is 2 Funny!
User Note
First of all, I remember playing this game on the demo disc called "Interactive CD Sampler: Volume Three." Even though you could only play on one track (which was the snowboarding level Japan 1), it was pretty fun to play. This snowboarding level was enjoyable to play and did not look half as bad for a PlayStation game made in the mid 90s. After playing this one track on this one game, you figure that you would want to try out the full version of the game by purchasing the game itself. Once you purchase the game, you find out that there are four different levels to choose from (each with three different tracks) with four different vehicles (snowboard, skateboard, bicycle, and roller blades). However, unlike 1xtreme, each vehicle is specific to only one level, for example the skateboard is specific to Los Angeles, the snowboard is specific to Japan, the roller blades are specific to Las Vegas, and the bicycles are specific to Africa (and their three tracks respectfully) but they are not available on multiple levels. This makes the game fairer in terms of each player using the same vehicle at all times. But I do have to say that this game is as addictive as it is difficult.

GAME PLAY - 6 out of 10
This game is a very enjoyable game as long as you have a decent sense of humor. It takes some time to get used to all the negativity in this game but once you go through it all you begin to accept the inevitability. Of course, like most racing games made in the 90s, the game contains the Catch-Up effect which is basically a cap on how a player maintains the lead in a race. At some points during the race, it may seem like you are going to overtake your opponent with ease, when out of nowhere he obtains this incredible force that propels him ahead of you just enough for him to claim a victory. Then, you see that 90 degree turn coming up and you take this turn just a little too wide, which causes your opponent to move ahead of you by 5 seconds!? Real... Read the rest of this Review
Marble Madness

Roll into Madness!

User Note:
Playing marbles is something I'd never done before. I used to have a lot of those little glass marbles with exotic colorful patterns inside them, but dust mites paid more attention to them than I did. That is, until I decided to get Marble Madness. I never knew playing marbles was so fun or I would've been playing them all my life.

Gameplay:
With just a simple NES controller, you can take the controls of either a blue or red marble (depending on whether you play by yourself or with a friend) and maneuver it from the start and finish of seven different levels. The beginning race is just a short example of what this classic has to offer. You and your marble start at the top of what looks to be a 3-D maze with several midget slopes. After several seconds pop onto the clock at the top of the screen, it's time to get going! Rolling like a wheel through a few twists and turns will take you to the end of the first stage, making the time on the clock seem like an eternity. Man, that was easy! There wasn't any enemies, or really a challenge whatsoever! The marbles have an unlimited number of lives on hand. Whether you get harassed by an enemy or simply fall off the edge of a cliff, you'll be put back onto the maze in one piece almost instantly. Your biggest enemy in the world is time itself. Even though the time you have left over will be added to the amount of seconds that you'll receive after making it through each maze, it never seems to be enough for you to take in a deep breath and relax. Once you reach the second stage, you won't have the desire to rest anyway. Doing such things as guiding your marble at just the right angle down ramps in order to avoid falling into bottomless pits has a way of keeping your eyes glued to the television screen. Your concentration will be so sharp that tunnel vision will almost completely take you over.

Once you beat the game, it'll always be fun to play over and o... Read the rest of this Review
007 - The World is Not Enough

The Great 007

User Description: This game was the very first 007 game that I ever played on the N64 (not even noticing the critically acclaimed GoldenEye). What struck me the most was the phenomenal storytelling that the game offered. It was very theatrical; unlike anything I've ever played before. The story was very easy for me to follow and very well scripted for a game that came out later in the new millennium. The game offered three different playable modes including Story Mode, Quick Play, and of course Multiplayer. I never really got the chance to play the MP version of the game with friends but I'm sure it was just like the version in GoldenEye.

Gameplay: The Story Mode of this game was similar to Pierce Brosnan's latest 007 movie (at the time), which allowed you to play as James Bond and let you play missions as seen on the big screen. Although the graphics were quite stunning, the gameplay was somehow distasteful because it didn't quite matched that of the GoldenEye game that was released two years earlier. This being the first 007 game I've ever played, I always thought that this game was released before GoldenEye based on the gameplay experience. It wasn't until I played the game with friends that I realized it was one of the first 007 games released for the N64. Still, the game was cut from the same cloth as GoldenEye, so there was a lot of sneaking, secret identities, and rescuing hostages. However, there are some control issues that really start to annoy. One control being the auto-aim, which will not work the way you want it to in some of the levels. Sometimes you will count on it to sight someone in but then it fails on you, and other times it sort of just takes over, letting you kill the guys in the distance while ignoring the guys... Cruis\'n World

Cruis'n World

Ah yes, the infamous Cruis'n World. Such an annoying game, yet somehow I can't seem to stop playing it. This is definitely one of those games you just have to play with your friends or pretty much anyone whose is in the vicinity.

The sequel to Cruis'n USA showed great promise as it allowed the player(s) to race against drivers on tracks around the world, instead of just hanging around the US. However, just like the original (and just like any other Cruis'n game), the concept of "catch-up" still applied. This is basically a cap on how a player maintains the lead in a race. For instance, it may seem like you are going to zoom right passed your CPU opponent as you start to creep up on him from behind when, suddenly, your opponent acquires some kind of magical force that propels him foreword just enough for the two of you to be neck and neck. That is, until a sharp turn comes up, and you take this turn just a little too wide causing you to fall behind your opponent by 2 seconds because the CPU can take any turn in the game without slowing down. It's pretty easy to accept this inevitability once you realize that there is no room for error if you want to win. It doesn't matter what car your driving or even how long you maintain the lead, because if you crash your car or drive off the road you, then you should restart the race if you want to finish in first place.

The game is MUCH more enjoyable to play with friends. Even though you may not come in 1st place, at least you'll have some bragging rights if you beat your friends! ;)
Paperboy

Great Game

Yet another great game for the NES that anyone can play! That's right, I said "anyone." The game is not just for kids, it's for adults too!

The game didn't really offer much back in the day, but you did get your money's worth. I think I was a little too young for the game when it first came out because I remember playing it and thinking "This game is hard!" But over the years I had gotten used to it and enjoyed playing every minute. Ok, it didn't really meet the specifications for a game that came out in the 90s, but you got to admit that it was a fun game to play! It's a real shame that NOBODY makes games like Paperboy, Tecmo Bowl, or Mario Bros anymore. What happened?
