Metroid Zero Mission- Who's The Boss Now? mega man221
Graphics: 10. The game's graphics are exactly like they would look like in real life, With the exception of Zero Suit Samus, who is a bit pixelated. But while the graphics are great, Super Metroid is definitely superior.
Sound: 8. All music besides the 2 worm bosses is a remix of themes from the first 3 Metroid games. They are all improved, but my favorite is the worm boss theme.
Addictiveness: 9. I have always loved boss rushes. So naturally I enjoyed this game and was easily sucked in.
Story: 3. The story is simple: Samus returns to Zebes to finish off all Metroids. It is not necessarily lame or generic. Still basic, though.
Depth: 5. The whole reason that this review is small is because the game is small. It's a good game but it is very short and simple.
Difficulty: 8. This game is REALLY hard. I know myself that I am not that good at games but I spent 5 energy tanks with all available items.
I know that in this review that it might have been a big deal to see more than 15 words so I will review each boss to make you more happy.
Boss 1: Giant Worm. Super Easy. One Super Missile to the eye and he is finished off even the ram attack is near useless. The pattern of using a ram then spikes on one side then a ram and spikes on the other. Rinse and repeat.
Boss 2: Acid Worm. With the power grip, you scroll across the room, only to see BOOM! A giant worm pops out of the acid to attack you with it's gripper mouth. The alien Graboid. With the Varia suit this fight is like walking and chewing gum. Whenever you reach an average jump height over the lava the giant beast emerges. Run towards the root area and shoot it at every opportunity. Soon, once he dies all he would need to do was pull himself together.
Boss 3: KRAID. Wow is this hard. It all begins with Kraid coming up upon the screen. Only missiles and charged shots can make him hurt.
By phase 2 the back of the platform is destroyed and he starts smacking away. He moves his hands around in a scratching motion once you're hit you are likely to fall off the platform and witness those belly button things. Them stabbing you takes half your energy tank and it will happen often. By phase 3 you are using those belly things as platforms and the chaos begins. Well after his death you reach the Spore Spawn.
Boss 4: Spore Spawn. Spore Spawn in this game is a disappointment when you compare it to SNES Spore Spawn. It looks like a rainbow snail shell attached to electrical wires. It shoots spores and summons those invulnerable flying enemies. Charged wave beam shots will take him down.
Boss 5: Giant Skinless Bee: The saddest fight in the game. You begin shooting it in the stinger. The bee moves around hopelessly. Once it loses it's stinger it runs into a wall and dies. How sad.
Boss 6: RIDLEY. Ridley really isn't that hard. Shoot him like crazy and he is down. He'll pick you up and drain your energy and shoot fireballs at you.
Boss 7: MOTHER BRAIN. Mother Brain ambushes you with hot rings, electric flooring and eye fireballs. Very hard and super tedious.
Boss 8: Cloner. I really don't know what he is called but he is easy. He is repetitive and his attacks are easy to dodge. The only problem is when you hit the Samus hologram it damages you.
Boss 9: META RIDLEY. VERY hard. Each attack takes 1 energy tank. He has fireballs, missiles, and a claw attack. All extremely hard to dodge. Very difficult.
Hope you enjoyed my first boss rush review. This is the format all boss rush reviews will be so hopefully more show up on Vizzed!

Metroid Zero Mission. Boss Rush Mode darthyoda
Brief intro.
Rush through all the bosses of Metroid Zero Mission, and defeat every boss. Although there isn't much to the story, you can still master the bosses! The Graphics on this game are amazing, you really are left fascinating at the graphics, which make the game very fun. The game is very addictive, because you get all the items in the entire game without making any effort of running through a maze! The story is very similar to the first Metroid game, but improvised with the terrain altered. The story is almost non-existent, because it is just one boss after the other.
Graphics.
The graphics give the game a unique interest in it, because you have a very different feel than the other Metroid game that came out for the Gameboy Advance (Metroid Fusion). The Boss rush mode isn't very fun for those who want a good story line.
Difficulty
The game starts out rather easily, but gets harder with each boss.
Sound
The sound has been improved from the first game, and it sounds really good!
Story
The story doesn't exist 'cause it is a boss rush
Depth
The game isn't very deep, because there is little to offer.
