So, I've heard from some people that the story is kind of hard to follow. I want this story to be a fun read for everyone, so I need an opinion on an idea I had. What if I made the story into a sprite comic? Nothing will change other than the fact that it's a sprite comic and it has pictures instead of just plain text. Would you want me to do this? Or should I just keep doing what I'm doing with the story? Going to summon everyone here to make sure they see this thread. If I end up abandoning the plain text version, I'm going to have to personally ask everyone in a PM what sprite they want their character to be. Thank you for giving your opinions and suggestions on this, it's really helpful. I'll reply to this thread with a sample eventually.

Its gonna be more fun to read sprite comic, and it'll look cooler and more enjoyable to read instead of just plain text, but don't get me wrong, i do read you stuff and its enjoyable to read but, it just feel so grindy to read all that, so yeah, sprite comic is gonna be better i supposed

I like it as is personally. Sprite comics would look cool, but it would make new chapters harder to add and cut down on content. I like how descriptive stories and books are, so I'm biased.

I think for this kind of plot theme a sprite comic would be more fitting and more entertaining to most people (with the exception of certain rebels like Eirinn). Though with that said I'm not too sure if it would be a good idea switching when the story is already in progress since it could mess up the flow and existing plot. I would finish it before testing out a new format.

What I'm most likely going to end up doing is both continue the original format and make a sprite comic. I'm probably going to make the sprite comics and have the story in there catch up with the current chapter in the text format, which means that Chapter 6 won't be coming out for a long while.

What if we still do the story but add a picture of the scene to the part it belongs to? That could be useful to understand the hard parts. You can post the stories here without pictures, ask people which part is hard to understand, if they specify a part that is unclear you can add a picture either made by Kimmy or me someone else. Then people may understand that one part. Believe me, Dutch writers like Paul van Loon (a writer who makes horror and halloween books suitable for kids) and a few others do that too: They add an image of the current scene here and there.


If it's not a good idea, maybe you or i got to improve it. But it's all i can think of, as i planned to do that myself too but failed.

Thanks for the input on such short notice, you all. The first page of the "story" part of the comic is up. Basically the first true page of the comic.
